I had a fantastic experience staying at Spaccanapoli Comfort Suites. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its lovely spacious rooms and great location in town. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the affordable mini bar in the room. The hotel's courtyard may not give the full impression of its beauty, but once inside, I was blown away by the excellent standard of accommodation. My classic suite was enormous, complete with a balcony, large bedroom, hallway, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel staff, especially Adriana and Umberto, made me feel very welcome and provided valuable information about Naples on a complementary map, which I found extremely useful throughout my stay. The breakfast served in the beautiful dining room was delicious and I always felt warmly welcomed by Adriana or Umberto. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to all the amenities, and I enjoyed the interesting view from my balcony of a small square, offering a glimpse into the real life of Naples. I had a wonderful holiday and I definitely plan to return to Spaccanapoli Comfort Suites.
Don't have any issues at all. 😊

The rooms at Spaccanapoli Comfort Suites are so bright and spacious! I stayed in one of the four air-conditioned rooms, and it felt like a cozy haven away from the bustling city. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the private bathroom with a shower was modern and clean.
Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower. But hey, that's just my preference.

We were welcomed with friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, kind staff member who bought birthday cake.
Nothing that I didn't like.

I loved how the flat-screen TV was right there, ready for some binge-watching. And let me tell you, having two bathrooms – one with a bathtub and the other with a shower – was the cherry on top. Such a treat!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the seating area in some of the units. But hey, that's just me.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in Naples. The staff, especially Adriana and Umberto, were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. We were impressed by the spacious and well-appointed rooms, particularly the classic suite with its balcony and sunroom. The breakfast served in the grand dining room was delicious, with fresh bread and cakes from the bakery and a great selection of juices and fruits. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and access transportation options for day trips to Capri and Sorrento/Pompeii. we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Very nicely renovated space, excellent communication (email), very helpful hostess, wifi, excellent value, "interesting" part of the city.
No hot water!! And no staff on-site from 7PM to 7AM to address problems. Napoli is a fairly gritty city by tourist standards and the hotel location is certainly off the beaten path. The hotel is up two flights of stairs in a residential building. It is a great place for an adventurous traveler but not for the anxious one.

The stuf was great and very willing to help in any question or problem we had. the location is very good as well and the rooms are clean.
The parking of the hotel is quite complicated so let one of the stuf park for you.

The room and bathroom were spacious and bright, with excellent light blocking shutters in the bedroom. The breakfast offered was of a high quality.- Convenient location, close to the main road and metro station.
The bathroom had visible mold in the shower recess, which was not pleasant. The noise from the busy area easily filtered into the bedroom, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

We stayed at a charming B&B in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we even got insider tips on the best local delicatessen. Despite some neighborhood noise, our stay was fantastic overall.

We felt very well looked after. The staff kitted us out with maps and information and were so friendly and helpful. Our suite was huge and modern in a building that was classical and old . The location was wonderful, we felt like we had our own apartment in a vibrant area of the city. Walking distance to the marina and shopping and yet in an area with restaurants frequented by locals . We had a fantastic experince and cant wait to return.

The breakfast served in the grand dining room was excellent. The staff, especially Adriana, were friendly and helpful, providing precise directions and local tips. They even arranged a reliable taxi for our early morning flight. the hospitality and ambiance of the B&B exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful private terrace, spacious room, friendly staff, all main sights in walking distance.
A little bit scary exterior of the hotel, rubbish in hotel patio. I would recommend to owner to clean and sweep not only the rooms but also the corridors, patio and entry to the palazzio...even I understand it is a public place, not his own :-)
